Does anyone know if the CPU will utilize Game Plans & tactics in career mode?

I noticed that in the demo all teams have the same formation for each game plan. Will these be updated by EA or will the CPU adjust on the fly? I know the human player can adjust their game plan and formation but it will be pointless if the CPU does not utilize this new feature. Perhaps we will be able to edit these game plans for each team in the MM before starting up a CM? I hope EA releases a squad update with different formations per game plan for all teams.

While the default gameplan's formations/tactics/instructions are reasonably diverse and representative of the teams, I'd be very surprised if the other gameplans are substantially different. I noticed small changes to the tactics, such as defense sitting deeper, fewer players in the box for set pieces, etc. But I don't think I saw anything like a 4-3-3 going to a 4-1-4-1 (could be wrong).

I assume (key word) if we want that level of detail, we'll have to do it by editing teams prior to starting a career. With that being said, I'm 99.9% certain the CPU changes its mentality during the match, so it would use the custom gameplans.

Also the default "balanced" formation is really a bit attack oriented for some teams (not all). By default wingbacks and cdms are set to always go forward and attack. So a game can be end to end by default when playing with these teams on a balanced formation.

I'm having better games against teams that are set up with a more neutral/defensive mindset, otherwise it gets too hectic and fast.

I'm not experimenting much with tactics though, as I just want to try a few games and it's annoying that changes are reset with every match.
