Blocked passes, blocked shots and tackles going right back to the offensive player

I realize that this is going to be fixed next year (at least according to the pitch notes), but am curious as to what causes this problem in the first place. Is it due to ball physics or the game's blocking/tackling system in general? It's ridiculous how many of these loose ball situations just go right back to the dribbler.

More balls back to the offense means more opportunities to score for the casual player which means more goals which means keep the casual player happy

It is a problem that folks have found for a while in a number of iterations of the game where at times the ball seems to find the foot of the offensive players no matter what is done. As said before, I think it is for generating more offense or more challenge for users at points in the game, not necessarily reflecting realistic physics.

It's just bad design. Nothing more, nothing less.

If it was a design choice to produce more attacking play, they wouldn't be specifically addressing it with FIFA20. One of the producers even said it was a top priority to fix.
