Wish EA would allow a keyboard to be used on PS4 when entering these names. Rename would be much faster.

There is a sort of workaround to this, on PS4 anyway. If you use PS4 Remote Play on PC or Mac, it lets you use the keyboard for alphanumeric entry.

Can you eplain how you managed to do this?

For me keyboard text input only works in the PlayStation menu or store, but not within FIFA.

Anywhere where there is in-game text entry, you should have the option of using the keyboard. It's not a setting as far as I'm aware, it happens automatically.

no I can't confirm this. it doesn't work for me (PS4 Pro and W10 PC)

Well, that's interesting. Apparently it works with PES and not FIFA. I've been using it to rename players in PES, but when I went to rename stadiums in FIFA it would not allow it.

I notice with this list that some of the default stadiums are different (in the game) from the ones you’ve listed. Are the ones you’ve listed the recommended ones you’d use/change them to or were they the ones used previously (eg FIFA 19 default) and some have been changed by default this year? Hope what I’m asking makes sense.

I think you are asking am I using stadiums different to ones EA assign as opposed to the stadium named isn’t in Fifa 20.

Yes I’m using them based on appearance to the real stadium, capacity & how it fits in the surroundings, ie you don’t see mountains in background of a UK stadium but you might in a lower league French club depending where they are based.

Hello short question I changed all the stadium names of leagues right at the beginning
and have also saved..


Now I turned on the console and all the stadium names were deleted again how can this happen?
is this happening through the patch maybe?


how do i get the changed stadium names again?
What must I do now if you could help me? and I saved everything first
am also connected with my Proviel in the game online..

hello I have always done the squad update on the main screen

and the latest squad update I downloaded yesterday from 29.10. 19

but still all stadium names are deleted I've made only Frendschaftsspiele until now even no CM tested so far ..

what else can i do now ..?

I have no idea buddy, sometimes they get reset due to something EA does at their end. Happened to me last year with an update, but so far I haven’t seen it yet on 20 sorry.

Atalanta still play at the Stadio Atleti Azzurri d'Italia. Gewiss Stadium is the sponsorship name for the Stadio Atleti Azzurri d'Italia, so you could name it either to be honest.

Firstly, I have gotten up to LA in entering the stadium names and they are not saving the stadium names anymore. All the other stadiums saved except for the last few. Do you have any ideas as to why this is the case?

Secondly, the ps4 keypad doesn't allow me to enter special keys for languages such as Romania. This finer detail really irritates me. Do you have any suggestions on how I can get around this?

I’ve had it happen years ago but not recently, I think it’s something to do with the internal save function. I don’t think there is a resolution.

As for special keys again that’s down to EA’s poor onscreen keyboard, only fix would be to use an external keyboard, however EA won’t allow that.
