Penalty Bug

Every time a foul is called in the box, human or CPU, this glitch happens. The player charged with the foul will slowly hop across the screen. It takes a minute or two for the referee to put the ball on the penalty spot. I end up having to exit the game screen, then return to the game a few times to trigger the replay, then the ball is spotted up for the penalty. Has anyone had this bug?

It is a bug since years.


It only happens on handfouls!

Only happens on handballs. You can turn handballs in the box off in the main menu. Alternatively, you can hard cancel the cutscene by pressing LB+RB+LT+RT and it immediately skips it.

What he said or turn off handballs or have handball on(except for penalties).

You don't actually need the triggers. Just R1+L1.

I havent seen it in other years, only in this years game, but i dont know how they can not see somethink like this. Hope they get this patched.

I submitted a bug report this year and did so last year as well. Doesn't seem to be on their priority list. They are turned off by default so I doubt it gets much attention.
