    Player Development

When a player completed their development plan - more so when it's a growth plan as opposed to a positional one - does this mean they won't improve any further whatsoever?

For example, I set one of my CBs to the 'Ball Playing Defender' plan. I then get an email stating that they e completed it, and all of the areas of improvement are marked by horizontal lines with no chevrons. Does this mean that this player has completely topped out their potential if I leave them on that plan?

If I change their development plan, will they then have the opportunity to grow further? If I leave them on the same plan, will they begin to grow again in the following season?

On a side note - the sprint speed and acceleration boosts seem kind of OP. 6'4" CB Konstantinos Mavropanos currently has 91 sprint speed for me lol.

Yeah, you have it right. Once that email comes in it means they have currently reached their max potential and won't grow from training specifically for now.

However, if they perform well enough during the season, dynamic potential may kick in and raise the ceiling again. So don't give up on guys if you like using them and get that email!
