Frustrating that they worked on a career mode substitution glitch, but the glitch where a substitute in a simulated game will drop to horrible form no matter how good they play still isn't touched... that bug and the bug where youth players are losing their potential every time you advance from June to July are really frustrating. Still no fix for CMs or CDMs learning how to actually play defense either.

Even Madden is doing more with their patches at this point that FIFA is and that game is about to hit the vault. Frustrating. It's a great game, but it just needs some small easy tweaks and it would be awesome. I don't get why they're not fixing this stuff.

I know it’s not in the patch notes, but surely the 4th official at Elland Road has been fixed, it’s an easy script to write isn’t it.

Looks like the patch is available for PS4 and PS5. Here are the patch notes.

Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S patch should be up soon.

Gameplay
[PS5] When changing the Enhanced Vibration Feedback option in Controller Settings to Off or Classic, the dynamic adaptive trigger effect intensity is Off.

Career Mode
[PS5 and XSX|S] Addressed further instances of a Youth Player’s model not displaying correctly.

At least we still can't change formations in pro clubs at all so that's cool.
