I can’t believe as good as this game is that there are still Youth Academy players with stick arms. How???

The laziness of FIFA Career Mode devs (or dev... honestly is there any way more than 1 person is "working" on this mode?) never ceases to surprise me. They just love to put 0 effort into their work. -

I think this might have actually changed recently but I can confirm with 100% certainty that for a good part of this past decade they had one dev working on CM - and he was shared with other offline or non-FUT (Pro Clubs) modes.
It's maddening. Both the skinny arms bug and the stamina bug on restarting matches were both there all last year, should have been fixed within weeks of release, and yet both are still present in 22.
I know I'm in the minority but this is again proof to me that unless CM becomes paid DLC or EA monetize it with microtransactions, we're going to be starving dogs just praying for them to throw us a bone each year. They don't associate CM fans with $$$ so we're stuck with an incredibly poor single player mode and it ain't going to change.Comment
