Is doing training cheating in fifa 22 career mode?

Do you guys know if other teams controlled by CPU train players in career mode? Like was there ever any player gets changed position through training by CPU?

I try to keep it fair not cheat over CPU, so I keep simming trainings with the D value, but my players are getting worse and worse in their performance and I keep losing games.

So I am wondering, what you guys do with training, should I do it too?

It's a single player mode - there is no cheating. Do what you gotta do to enjoy it.

CM is very exploitable though. If you want to make it easier, there's a lot of ways to do that, including player training.

Personally, I do one of two things:

1. If playing a reaslitic save, I approach everything including player training with realism in mind.
2. If playing a save that's not really about realism, I'll do whatever based on how things feel. If it's too easy - which is the case more often than not - then I'll limit player growth. If I'm struggling or just playing a more fantasy save, I'll do whatever.

Also, because the game is so heavily attack-oriented, a lot of times I just focus on beefing up defensive stats and work rates to compensate.
