How to get fouls from AI?

I try to LT and shield outside the box, inside the box

I try easy skills like drag to heel and agile dribbling in order to get AI to come at me

I try higher star skills like roll right and left and elastico

But I've had 1 penalty shot and maybe 5 free kicks in 50 games

Any tricks? Is there a certain skill move that works better than others?

Is there a location on the pitch that maybe fouls get called more often?

I don't want penalty kicks all the time, I like short free kicks a bit better as it is harder to score that way but much more rewarding but I want SOME realistic penalty numbers for criminy sakes

I play on legendary and there are an inordinate number of red cards from the computer AI and that includes some pens. Reckless.
