Manager Rating

I want to know what gives with manager rating in FIFA 22? I am currently sitting third in the table in the Premier League at 54 point while the leader is at 56 points with about 9 matches to go in the season. Also I am in the semi finals of the FA Cup. Yet my manager approval rating is at 69. Is there a bug with this or am I missing something. I have done pre season tournaments for exposure, was in the group stage of Europa League and a pretty nice youth academy. My other manager mode code had a similar effect as well always going into the 50s at the last few matches of the season. Anyone else been experiencing this?

What team are you and what are your objectives? If your objective is to win the league and the Europa League and these are critical then it will be lower if you're not currently hitting those. I find the manager rating can be a but unforgiving but I quite like that. Big clubs are rarely forgiving if managers aren't meeting expectations. You usually get more of a leash with a lower club.

I believe manager ratings are bugged. Last time I checked the EA Answers forum there were a lot of users also experiencing the problem. Think it's alos tied to the board objectives being bugged.

In my first career I was Portsmouth and yes one of their main goals was promotion but equally as important as that was developing the youth academy. Which I fleshed that out pretty good with good talent but kept it realistic.

My current career is West Ham and this team I put together is in the thick of a three team fight for the title as I write this we have a 1 point lead over Liverpool with 8 matches left. Now we were bounced out a group stage in Europa as I went all in on this league title fight. West Ham also has a pretty good youth academy.

Portsmouth career was the one with 50s rating in two seasons maybe three. While West Ham current rating is 69.

With Manager rating 37 u will be sacked. I didn't see in patch notes that it will be fixed with new update.
