The struggle to narrow it down to only 3 improvements! Definitely solid choices though.

To sorta paraphrase the late Meatloaf, one out three ain't bad. Agree with silliness of AI line ups but don't see why managerial updates and live draws/records access will be enhancing the experience.

For example, unless I'm able to view my created self shoving over another manager on the touchline we don't have any interaction with them anyway so I'm not bothered who's in charge of other clubs.

      A few changes to consider:
Make transfers more realistic by greatly adjusting in game finances and values of clubs and players. No one is going to move for around £300-£400m even if I've reached the year 2030 in my managerial career.

Sort out the media questions. I'm sure everyone has been asked something completely daft in those.

Allow many more (better) options to amend stadiums, renaming, designing etc. The career mode glitch in downloading new squads and it renaming stadiums back to original titles still exists and that's been an issue since FIFA15

Managerial Carousel is important because it adds variety to your save so that in 2030, Pep isn't still at City. Whoever is in charge at the Etihad would bring their own style, tactics, etc... I also don't care about the cutscenes on the touchline but things that impact gameplay are vital to keeping the mode fresh.
