New to soccer games can you help?

So I am brand new to soccer games have not bought one in a LONGGGG time.

Is Fifa the most accurate as far as rosters? Do they have lots of the pro leagues and real rosters?

Also do they offer the world cup mode?

There are no other games, so it's the only option you've got.
PES isn't really a game anymore, they stopped with yearly releases to produce a free game that was supposed to update features every few months. They've never actually finished it. 2021 was the last one worth playing and there are mods for it to update it but FIFA is your only full release football game. They have a very large selection of leagues. The squads are, yes, "real", but how accurate lineups are is questionable. They do a decent job keeping them up to date.
