There IS a Coach mode!!

At least I can do it in the 2021 version. I can substitute players and then watch the game, make strategy changes and so forth.

All you have to do is switch the controller to the side you want to change, make the changes play a second, pause and switch the controller back to the middle

BTW - "Eleven, Football Manager" board game is outstanding - VERY complicated economic business management of a football team. Loving it. A solo game NOT meant for multiple players

Well - I guess only for individual games - no stats are saved for players or anything - screwed

THERE IS a coach or Manager Cop v CPU mode. Not hard to do it.

1.) Create Second Team Sheet and add Sub on that Squad
2.) Before Start the game flick R3 to Team Sheet 2
3.) Select Lock to Player and select that Sub Player on Team Sheet 2 (or just select sub GK that you put on that Squad
4.) Flick R3 Back to your Main Team Sheet then Start the game
5.) Select Watch The Rest of the Match then you should have AI vs AI with you Managing your team , you can Sub , Change Tactic and Informations
