Re: How's Your FIFA 14 Career Mode Going?
Jamie congrats on winning the Champions and a top 3 finish in the league!
Maelstrom do you have any offers from other leagues? You're obviously overqualified for the A-league.
Blue I'm sad to see you may leave Rangers but excited to see where you end up.
Regens be a CM at Chivas USA and work hard to get signed to Europe!
RSG don't let me down with Inter!vrabbit

Re: How's Your FIFA 14 Career Mode Going?
Alright guys, this is it. I played through August in my Hertha career and I didn't enjoy it for a couple of reasons. That means it's time to start my journey from League 2. Below you'll find a few teams I'm thinking about using. You have an important role since you'll be voting for your favourite one. I'll probably use the one which gets most votes. I don't have any major reasons for shortlisting these teams.
1. Oxford United
Good budget, alright players. Room for improvement.
2. Southend United FC
Not the best budget but they have a good squad with a lot of depth. Probably my favourites of this list.
3. Newport County AFC
Very good budget and good players. Pretty good depth.
4. Bristol Rover FC
[é=2]Really good budget with okay players. The squad needs improvements.
That's the list. If you have any other suggestions tell me.

Re: How's Your FIFA 14 Career Mode Going?
So, looks like I'm playing for....
Chivas USA. Still not sure on the position, two votes for ST/Finisher, two votes for CAM [No playstyle] And since no playstyle for CAM has been selected, I'll say right now, if I do end up being a CAM, I will be a playmaker. Waiting on the tiebreaking vote to decide on position. As well as nationality [1 vote US, 1 vote Mexico, 1 vote Netherlands] So waiting on tiebreaking vote for those two. If it ends in a tie I'm thinking Mexico for the one super fan [Sorry, cant remember who it was] who said they cried when Argentina knocked out Mexico in the 2006 WC. It would be for you.Comment

I would like to see you as a striker from USA and win us a World Cup.Comment

Hahah, so, sorry Chico, but I guess I'm going to have to knock you out myself now. And, I think I'm going to just start now as a CAM because sooooo many people do strikers... So, with that, the press conference is coming soon.

Q: Back-to-back unbeaten months in league play and you have risen to 3rd in the table. What is the cause of this great run of form? And can it continue?
A: It's great to finally have our hard work pay off with a great position in the table. These players have been great so far and we have adjusted as the season has gone on and only gotten better each month. I think that this is a level of play that we will be able to maintain going forward as well. We currently have the best defense and the best keeper in the league through the first half of the season and the attack is only getting better. We will be a very dangerous team for second half of the season.
Q: Mixed results in the cup matches this month with the defeat in the J. Paint Trophy but advancing in the F.A. Cup on the replay against Tranmere. The next round will see you face West Ham United who knocked you out of the Capital One Cup this year. Do you think you have the chance to advance against West Ham this time around?
A: It's disappointing to be out of the J. Paint Trophy, but I am certainly proud of what this squad did throughout the competition. On the other hand we are excited to be moving on in the F.A. Cup. We are looking forward to another chance at West Ham after forcing them into extra time before being knocked out in the Capital One Cup. We will be going into the match with some different tactics from the last match and we hope to give them our best performance.
Q: The January transfer window is opening now. Do you have any significant transfer plans to improve the squad for the second half of the season?
A: I have several transactions that I have already started the process for. I can't speak much as to the names of the players targeted, but it will be agreements for them to join next season. As for this season I think that we will stay put with our current squad unless a player we really like becomes available.

Re: How's Your FIFA 14 Career Mode Going?
Sky Sports has just received news that former Rangers manager, Asato, has confirmed he will be the manager of Sheffield Wednesday for the upcoming season. What a shock turn of events. Just one season at Ibrox and already decides his time was up at Rangers. For live press conference, we head to Hillsborough.
SpoilerQ: Mr. Asato, welcome to Sheffield Wednesday. What made you decide to move here from Rangers?
A: Thank you, it's great to be here. I had a lot of options, whether to stay with Rangers, or move on and progress in my career. Obviously, it was a hard decision to make to move on from Rangers, but I feel that this is the right move for me here. I'm sure many of you know, I played in Wednesday's youth system until I was 14. So I have history here and this is certainly one of the proudest moments in my career thus far.
Q: There were rumors that you had a falling out with the owner at Rangers during the last couple of months of the season. Did that impact your decision?
A: I won't spend too much time on this question, because that is now in the past, but yes we had some disagreements on a few things, and it did force me to make my decision with myself a lot sooner. But I am very happy to be here at Wednesday, a club with deep history and passionate supporters.
Q: Thank you for answering that. What are your expectations for the club this upcoming season?
A: Well, for starters, I will be bringing youth players through the academy and giving them a run-in the squad during pre-season matches. We already have plenty of good youth players on the squad currently, and I'm looking to improve those players and develop them into better players and better people.
Q: The club finished 15th last season, do you think you'll be able to achieve a higher finish this year?
A: I'm not going to get ahead of myself, as we still haven't trained together as a club yet. But, I do think that this group of lads can improve from last year. That's all I'm going to say about that.
Q: Thank you very much for your time, and good luck on this season!
A: Thank you.
