Exactly this. Don't let the creativity die, just channel it into something a bit more... credible? Realistic? Not sure what the right word is, but good on you.

Comments: So, this is the situation. Bad games these two months, I was quickly out of DFB Pokal in first round, but it was only the first of really disastrous matches. I'm at the moment collapsed, with no ideas, I tried to change some players in the starting lineup, but there're no possibilities in the squad to change things without decreasing the level of the team. Trying to change the system is difficult for me, as I have a squad which don't give me any other possibilites than playing a 4-4-2 or 4-1-4-1, I've no CAM's, no RW/LW, etc.

The good thing is that the league is so equal, that I'm still there. We are all very close to each other and I know that anything could happen. I hope I can get a loan in the winter transfer market at least, and see if it helps a bit...

how many forward/strikers do you have? I've found that some of them have CAM qualities.

Mr. Griffin, Your team got 7 Points out 3 Games, How does that make u feel?
Its a great feeling to see that we are having so much progress in the league, and the team is motivated.

You tied twice in the capital one cup, giving away 6 Goals in 2 games, Why did that happen?
We are having some difficulties defending against very shot reliant strikers, and thats why we conceed so much, our perimeter defending needs to get better.

Is there maybe a new defender coming in the January transfer window?
We cannot give a comment on that.

Good luck in the rest couple of games.
        Thanks

        Toughts
Against the bigger teams with more scorings potential, i really see that my defense lacks in the middle, Otigba is very solid, But i rotate for the other position (Greer, Upson and Tah) The problem is that the first 2 are declining and Tah's stats are not really good enough, So i need to get a replacement for that position. On the other side of the field, Sanogo and Ulloa are going at it for the Starting XI Spot, I tend to give Ulloa more time, but Sanogo starting to get better, He is has everything i need in a striker, He can hold the ball and pass it to the wingers, and he can score headers + he has some good pace. His shooting is a problem tho, something that Ulloa is good at, and Ulloa can also header very well. Mutch is a beast, in setting up goals and sometimes making them.

LOSC Lille appoint J. Wetson as their new manager

With just 2 days of the January transfer window left, J. Wetson has been appointed manager at LOSC Lille. It is first job back in management following his Champions League victory with Freiburg last season. Wetson has been looking for a new job, and he believes that Lille will provide a stern test, stretching his managerial qualities to their limits.

With very limited time left in the window, and an ageing squad, most people have already written off Lille's chances of Champions League football next season. However, Wetson hasn't, and claims that is his goal for the remainder of the season. The team currently lie in 7th place, but Wetson is adamant that he can guide Lille back to relative success given the resources he's been given. Funds will not be an issue for Wetson, as the Qatari owners that invested in Lille 2 years ago have given their full backing to the new manager, claiming they will give him time to revamp an out of sorts squad.

It has been widely reported that Wetson turned down a job offer at Valencia to come to France, but states that he is totally committed to the cause.

His transfer policy is as yet unknown. Whether he will stick to a European based environment like he did at Freiburg, or whether he ventures further in pursuit of quick signings, we shall have to wait and see.

However what we can confirm today is that J. Wetson is the new manager of Lille.

So yeah the Lille job popped up, i applied and got it. Valencia also offered me a job but then I saw that their key striker Paco Alcacer was leaving for Atletico Madrid at the end of the season so i decided against it. The Napoli job came up a couple of times which i would have loved, but I'm happy with Lille, and i'm looking forward to my first ever sustained managerial job in France. I shall get an update out tomorrow on how the squad is looking and any signings/departures that are made in the last 2 days. I hope you enjoy and please leave suggestions on which part of the world i should focus bringing in players from. My thoughts are South America atm but I want you guys to have more of an input from now on.

First of all, Congratulations on Becoming the new England manager, What are your first toughts on the team, and what are u hoping to accomplish?
Thanks, and the team is very nice to work with, i had 2 friendlies so far to test some players out, and it has become pretty clear for me what im going to do, The expectations i cant say right now, because we didnt play alot yet.

Do you think your managerial duties at Brighton will suffer under you being Englands manager?
                    Not even the slightest

Back to brighton then, You dropped to 6th Place, how did that happen?

We are having to much ties, we cant close out games or hold a lead. We also had some injury problems with Tah, Which made us even weaker.

But you did beat Manchester City in the Capital one cup! How did you do that?

To start off, everyone knew that Manchester City were resting players because they didnt expect good play from us, well, we showed them we could outplay them.

So, basically I'll give you all a pretty big spoiler. I now know how I'm going to explain his change in behavior, and how I'll retire him once I get FIFA 15. Here it is. So, the whole time, Orlov was actually depressed. Torquay demanded he went to a doctor, so he did. The doctor stated he was depressed, and subscribed him anti-depression meds. So, that's like it so far, but his retirement for FIFA 15 will be that he actually died by doing an overdose of those meds. So... a bit harsh but uh.. let's face it... Orlov was harsh.

Europa League Objective: Reach the Quarter Final
Domestic Cup Objective: Reach the Round of 32

AFC Wimbledon are set to begin their 2nd season in the Barclay's Premier League in their entire history. Wimbledon completed their first ever season in the top flight on a high note by finishing in 10th place and winning the FA Cup when most considered them relegation candidates when the season started. Their impressive season results turned heads and their fan base grew significantly. The club's fans still hold ownership of the club and with the improved fan base, The Dons Trust was able to raise 11 million USD for transfers, the most they've ever had. Wimbledon chairman Erik Samuelson expects greater results from Chavez with the improved budget and the increase in fans. The pressure is greater than ever for Chavez. In the past, anything other than relegation was an accomplishment. Not anymore. Chavez is expecting to receive offers for the club's top scorer from last season, James Hanson. With Hanson's possible departure, Chavez has began scouting for a replacement.

                            Patrick Bamford - Derby County

The former Chelsea youth prospect is one of three strikers on Chavez's list. The player has caught Chavez's eye, but there is one thing that's in between himself and AFC Wimbledon: the fact that he has played with MK Dons. The young striker played at MK Dons while on loan from Chelsea, so he was never an MK player permanently. Still, just the fact that he wore the white jersey may just be enough to keep him away from Kingsmeadow.

                            Callum Paterson - Hearts

The Scottish striker is another on the list, but he is a little ahead of Bamford. For one he's never played with MK. Also, his ability to play in multiple positions. This speedy striker can also play as a right midfielder and as a right back. The player has played with Scotland at the youth levels, but has never been called up to the senior national team.

                            Sam Vokes - Burnley

At the top of the list, is Sam Vokes. Burnley were the first to figure out how to play against AFC Wimbledon, and this man was a vital part of that plan. The striker from Wales is tall, strong, but also has good ball control. He would be an excellent addition for AFC Wimbledon, but remember it all comes down to James Hanson's decision.

                            Thanks for reading!

Lauth, Friend, Hain and Wood. I'm not at home now, so I can't be sure, but I think most of them are pure forwards.

The thing is that I need everyone as a forward, cause none of them is strong enough to play the complete game, so I need to change one of them every match, and in many cases both of them. I'll see now in the winter transfer window if there's any CAM that I could get on loan. But, the thing is that with only one CAM you have no substitute for him, and I won't like to change the system if I change him in the middle of a match.

I hope I can still get points and see if I'm up in the table when last month arrives.
