Re: First Touch?
Thanks for the reply. When I use R1 though, it just dummies the ball and lets it run. Are you sure its R1 on the PS3?
So, you cannot use the left stick alone? You have to use a shoulder button in conjunction?Comment

Re: First Touch?
If you press the R1 in the direction the ball is coming at you, then you will let it run w/o a first touch, and your player will follow the ball. If you aren't pressing in any direction and hold R1 then the ball will roll past and you will not make a play for it I believe.Comment

Re: First Touch?
Can't say, I don't have a PS3. But it's the sprint button, whatever that may be on the PS3.
I think the way it works, is using the sprint button with a direction on the Left Stick (or d-pad) gives a strong first touch in that direction. If you don't give a direction and just hold the sprint button, then it dummies the ball and the player will then also turn and chase after it.If you press the R1 in the direction the ball is coming at you, then you will let it run w/o a first touch, and your player will follow the ball. I'm going to go play a few games, if it's different I'll get it exactly and post later.Steam: BahnzoComment
