Some good news over at PESgaming for those with the US PS3 version:

Good News......my PS3 is (temporarily) fixed. A pretty good reflow was applied at it so it should be fine for at least 3 months.....If I am lucky, maybe much more.
I will soon give you news about my work at PES.

Hopefully this means a complete nPower Championship isn't too far off.

That is excellent news. Im currently using Pellegini's OF for my ML, and it would be nice to have a complete championship.

Hey Doug, I was wondering about the game on PC since I do visit PES Gaming. BTW, unrelated, the other day when you popped up on my PS3 my wife is like, WTF is a ChubbyBanna? LOL! I couldn't stop laughing.

I hear the PC is one of the ways to go with this game if you can. There are so many edit files out there that def. make me jealous.

Thanks again. I just decided to go with the PS3 version. I started my quest last year to make the Greek Super League, but gave up before the information came out that 2010 option files would work with 2011. My plan now is to try and create it for 2011. If I can get the teams and uni's down, maybe I can find someone on PES forums to help out. I bring this up all the time, I am so surprised that Konami or EA have not gone after this league.

I started my quest last year to make the Greek Super League, but gave up before the information came out that 2010 option files would work with 2011. My plan now is to try and create it for 2011. If I can get the teams and uni's down, maybe I can find someone on PES forums to help out. I bring this up all the time, I am so surprised that Konami or EA have not gone after this league.

It's probably too late but the PC version is 100% the way to go. The modding community is awesome. For instance, I have PES with PESEdit 1.6. I get the big five European leagues (and NPower Championship), all of the big cups & tournaments, adboards, stadiums, scoreboards, etc. And the PES Editor allows me to globally edit player traits. Goalies too weak? Increase GK stats. Long passes too pinpoint? Decrease long pass accuracy. Too much pressure? Turn down team pressing. I was a hardcore FIFA player for so many years, but I got tired of the sameness of the game. Teams played the same: never working the ball and always pressing you down the length of the pitch. PES for the 360 was better but it had its own flaws (GK AI, pressure, speed). The PC version with mods is honestly the closest to perfect as I've found in a football game, with the added benefit of tweaks and mods from the community. And BTW, there's a OF of the Greek Superleague with 2 Greek second divisions, Greek sponsors & adboards. Unfortunately it's PC only. Room, the URL you sent me does not have the file on it anymore. I have a PC strong enough to run this. Where can I get PES 2011 on the PC as I would for sure look into it?

I started last night working on the Greek Super League for the PS3, while it won't hold a candle to what was done with the PC version it's still better than nothing. LOL!

Moddingway still has it via RS. It's 902 MB and can be found at http://downloads.moddingway.com/file/6927.html.

And I was able to get my copy of PES 2011 at Best Buy up here in Canada.

Thanks Room, it's weird since PES 2011 is not even listed for the PC on U.S. Best Buy.
