Practise?

How do you get to scrimmage with an actual opposition? Everytime i go to practice there's no defense or bench players on the pitch against me.

I figured it out!

Once the free training begins: Press Start > select "game plan" > push start to switch sides > move the cursor over each bench player and press square > select "participation" and the player will then be highlighted in yellow meaning he is now part of the scrimmage. Do this for all players and they will all enter the pitch.
