Did PES 2012 have a create a team mode? What is the limit for created teams? And can all of the default teams be replaced by created teams? If anyone can answer these questions I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks and have a great day.

I know for the console versions anything that isn't licensed you can change. It may be different for the PC version.
You can also switch teams from one league to another, though I'm pretty sure there are restrictions on that as well for the fully licensed leagues.
I'm also pretty sure at least one of the main leagues is fully customizable, as is the D2 league. So if you want to create your own league along with a 2nd division you can.
All in all I think there's around 60 teams you can create.
The downside is that there aren't enough emblem slots for each team so you have to sacrifice at least 18 of the teams to their default emblems.
Again, the PC version may be more open, I don't know.All ties severed... -
