What national teams are in PES 2013?

I love PES but I tend to wait a few years in between games. I had Winning Eleven 8 (which would be PES 2004 I think) and then PES 2010. Thinking about getting 2013 but I pretty much only play with national teams so I'm not interested if they haven't improved that aspect. Can anyone tell me how many there are now?

PES 2010 has 16 Asian teams, 13 African teams, 6 CONCACAF teams, 10 CONMEBOL teams, and 34 European teams. This was a big improvement from WE8 where they only had like 6 Asian teams, 8 African teams, and 4 CONCACAF teams.

Has this been significantly increased yet, or is it still about the same?

Official Konami site shows all the teams in PES 2013. You can get an idea if you go by badge/flag and mouse over because all the text is in Japanese
