I switched to it because it was going a little too fast for me to incorporate all the new controls that I am determined to learn this year.

Im in PC and I think 0 speed plays fine.

I have the PS3 version and play on the default speed.

Started with 0 speed, then bumped it down -1. Have more time to make decisions around the box. 0 was a bit too frantic for me.

Might bump it down to -1 too. Everything happens a little too fast.

After reading this thread it's gonna be -1 for me too. Thought of a little more time on the ball is a pretty good one.

I'm in some kind of slump. Lost me last 5 games and only managed a draw and a win in my last 10!

Defense is killing me.

Switching from FIFA to PES this year is definitely a transition. The games play so differently.

0 seemed okay, but switched to -1 a few days ago and am not going back to default.

Definitely depends on which camera you use..as the game seems to play out slower/faster depending on how far away from the action you are.
Like most i fluctuate between -1 and 0.

Seems like I'm the only one who plays at -2
I love that speed, it makes the animations fluid and the pace of the game extremely realistic.
