Stamina of Human Controlled Players Way Too Low? (PS4)

I've only had time to play a couple of quick games (9 minute halfs) but I noticed that the stamina of several of my players was dangerously low after only about 50 minutes.

I'll admit I've always had the habit of pressing the sprint button perhaps a bit too much in both PES & FIFA but based on the small sample that I've seen my players are getting WAY too tired much sooner than they should. Quite a few of them have almost nothing left on their stamina bar at around the 60 minute mark. On top of that, the CPU was only using one substitution for the entire game.

Again, it was only a couple of games and I haven't seen it mentioned elsewhere so am I the only one seeing this?

    Thanks in advance

Could be the random condition arrow forms (that sounded like a lot, lol) that can get assigned to your players. Some players can get drawn a bad form arrow which will lead to them getting fatigued quicker.

I've seen the low stamina issue, it was also in the demo but I've seen the CPU use all of their subs before

I am new to PES. What do the different colors of the player's arrow mean?

Thanks for any info you can give me.

Down is bad, horizontal is average, and up is good.

I was having stamina problems also at first when I used fluid formations. All my player were out of energy after 10 minutes in second half and CPU had like half or more left. When I stopped using fluid formations my stamina levels were pretty much same with CPU team.

Stamina is broken. I've been playing on both PS4 & PC, trying not to use the sprint button too much, but it does no good. My players, especially my midfielders, still tire way too quickly. Chris even mentions it in his review here.

The broken stamina really comes into play during Master League. By the 45 min mark my entire team near red. Even the goal keeper stamina is dangerously low
