I am loving PES 2015 for the most part and even though I am nowhere near a great player, I have seen some things I really hope can be improved upon either in updates or for next year. These are in no real order of importance...
The menu system could use some cleaning up as I am sure most of us would agree. Don't need to go into much detail here but making things clearer would be appreciated.
The loading/communicating with server has GOT to be improved. I understand there are a lot of online related features but why on earth does my game need to communicate with the servers constantly. Even going into the options and backing out requires the game attempt communication with the servers. It's frankly quite ridiculous. Leave most things as offline for faster navigation and only connect when it's absolutely necessary.
MyClub SIM matches are a pain. I can hardly ever find a match in my division so why not have a library of offline teams for this? It's just a sim match anyway so lets us sim it offline if we wish instead of having to repeatedly search for opponents online. VS Com matches should be able to be played offline as well since there is no human opponent for us to connect with. It's frustrating for those of us with poor wifi or internet connection issues to be unable to play MyClub at many times.
Also in MyClub, why should we need a connection to sign players? The entire database is already on our system so here is another unnecessary communicating with server deal. We should be able to sign players and manage our teams offline and only need the connection for updates and playing online matches.
Camera views. There are not enough customization options here. I either have to be zoomed in too closely or too far away to see what I want to see during a match. A 100% customizable camera would be great but at least add more options here.
The replay system is nice, but I would like to be able to have more control over the speed of the replays (full speed, 1.5x speed, etc.) and wish the celebrations were included. I am trying to make some highlight clips but it's tough to get everything in there I would like with the limited replays we have.
I play on PS4 and without all the licenses it would be nice to be able to edit the teams more fully like on PC. I don't understand why this seems to have been handicapped on PS4 but I hope this can be improved upon. Option file sharing on PS4 would also be a great addition as we all know.
For next year, I would definitely like to see more player animations when players come in contact with each other and battle for the ball. The number of animations seems very limited and when you see certain ones, you pretty much know what the result is going to be. I don't know if they can put in a more physics based animation system but there definitely needs to be more variety in how players interact.
Anyway, those are some of my suggestions and outside of the player animations, I don't think they should be that hard to implement as solid improvements to an already great game.
