Played one more game at -1 speed and it felt much more like the demo and damn good.

I used Peru and played against Ghana, and won 2-0. Ghana kept trying to find Asamoah Gyan, or the unedited version of him with long balls. But a FIFA online-like mistake by their goalkeeper allowed me to score the early winner, as he passed it right into the path of one of my players despite not being pressured all that much.

Still seeing a bit too much, for lack of a better term, dilly-dallying on the ball at times from the computer, which allows me to strip them easily at times. Slide tackles are also very effective in this game, perhaps too much so?

Anyway, the -1 speed was a VERY good pace. I'm usually not one to use sliders or change game speed because I like to be able to play the "normal" way that it is played online, but I'm sticking with -1 speed.

I think he mentioned earlier he was playing on Professional but I wonder how Superstar is in the final version because I did not like it in the demo, I thought Top Player was a little more balanced on -1 speed. Any who, I am going bite and pick this up from Best Buy Tuesday just need to decide if I should use my $20 gift card on this or FIFA.

I think he mentioned earlier he was playing on Professional but I wonder how Superstar is in the final version because I did not like it in the demo, I thought Top Player was a little more balanced on -1 speed. I agree. The superstar level was pretty cheap in the demo. Cheaper than PES 2015.

I actually liked Superstar on -1 with all manual. You have to keep the formation shape and play smart defense.

Messi is OP. 4 fours in the first half against Columbia in top player.

Game plays like the demo but a bit faster. I feel the physicality was lost.

Urgent to fix is the shooting. Too easy to score. Needs to have more misses based on position and skills.

Still fun.

Edit: make it 5 with Messi.

It's too easy. Difficulty needs to be increased and Messi needs to be less effective. You can pass any defender just by changing speeds. That simple. 6 goals is ridiculous.

Fouls work literally the same as 2015 which is a disappointment

Played my first game. Professional, 15 min. AFC cl match. I used Western Sydney vs Brisbane. Game ended 2-2.

Pros:
The offensive movements are still top notch.

Possession was about even.

Unfortunately that's about it right now. It's kinda sad because a couple years ago this was my go to game for some footie.

Cons:

Game speed is faster. I had to jump down to -2 which I've never done for a full game. On normal or -1 speed, it felt very ping pongy up and down the pitch.

Lack of fouls is real. 3 total fouls with one being offside. I seen plenty of rough plays where I felt a foul could've been called but wasn't.

Graphics aren't the greatest. Shorts look very stiff and super starched.

The two goals the cpu scored on me were from quick counters. However, I did see some instances of some nice build up by the cpu.

Can't really compare it to 15 and all the ins and outs since I gave it up right away and switched to fifa 15 on PC the rest of the year. Gonna try a few more games of 16 and hopefully start a master league this year.

Second game. I used Barcelona vs man u. I won 4-3.

1 foul all game. Like someone mentioned earlier, it does feel like konami is going the online/arcade gameplay route. Fast paced, up and down action with lots of scoring.

The "on rails" feel still shows up though not as bad as previous years.

Another positive, the new commentary has more feeling in it now. It's refreshing.
