I read the other day that Konami set keepers online to "regular", lol.

      Wait..."less unpredictable passes"?

That means passes will be more accurate right?

Yeah was hoping they changed something as I haven't touched the game since Sunday. I think keepers aren't the only thing that need fixing they could also find some way for the CPU shots to be more varied on Top Player and Superstar. They almost always strike for the lower corner of the goal no matter who it is

Testing a few things out ... what is the point of having stamina bars and injuries if you can hold sprint down for the entire match, drain your entire teams stamina, but still sprint nonstop from one end of the pitch to the other without pulling muscles are sustaining any injuries? Dumb.

Pretty sure the players get slower. Feels like it to me. Just watched a game of soccer, guys at the end of the game can still sprint the whole field (and not pull a muscle, and screw you fifa jog animation, no humans do that) but they are a step slower than beginning of game.

They do. Lennon gets a lot of work and he's noticeably slower towards the end of matches.

I guess that's fair. I just think there should be more of a disincentive for sprinting at full speed with every player for the entire match. The players lose some speed, but not enough to make a difference when it comes to attacking the CPU defense. Would be a nice strategic element to have at least a few players who have been running nonstop cramp up in the final 15, or in extra time.

FIFA is actually pretty good this year.

                    This.

I feel like some are just complaining to complain because things aren't done FIFA's "realistic" way.

                    Please.

Disagree. The speed is very aware, but maybe not so much when you go up against similarly tired players on the other side.

For instance, I notice my offensive subs and midfield subs providing a world of difference because of the energy they have compared to the rest on the field.

Had a very enjoyable night last with PES 2016 (dinner and lol).

Edited all of the European National teams and jumped into Euro 2016 as Portugal. Man do their black kits look sexy. I'm trying to exercise some of Ronny's international demons. Did a random draw and ended up with:

                          Portugal (me)
                          Sweden (Hello Zlatan)
Ukraine (not top of the food chain)
Hungary (whipping boy of the group)

1st match vs Sweden got down 0-2 in the first half down to a bit of sloppy defending and some crap keeping by Beto. For some reason, he keeps trying to clear balls with a sliding kick instead of smothering them. Ended up battling back to get a 2-2 draw after goals from Nani and a CR7 near-post header.

Next up vs Ukraine and got down 0-1 again. Same crap keeping by Beto but he was on a good form arrow so I didn't pull him. Was able to pull one back with Moutinho and then CR7 got the winner in the 83rd with a rocket into the top corner. Much needed 3 points and we topped the table with:

                          Portugal - 4pts
                          Sweden - 3 pts
                          Ukraine - 1pt
                          Hungary - 1pt

GD was pretty close so we needed to at least tie to get a draw and hope Sweden didn't curbstomp Ukraine. We went out and got a brace from Ronnie to top the group. Well Ukraine beat Sweden to get 2nd place.

With the top spot we ended up drawing Poland and the man in superman form, Robert Lewandoski. Gonna man-mark the hell out of him and make anyone else beat us.

                          The other matchups are:

                          My side
England vs Serbia (we would play the winner of this)
                          Germany vs Switzerland
                          Netherlands vs Italy

                          Other side:
                          Wales vs Ukraine
                          Spain vs Bosnia Herz
                          Scotland vs Sweden
                          Czech Repub vs Greece

In hindsight we should have lost on purpose to get on the other side. Outside of Spain we would have been the favorites to advance to the Final.

Despite the improvements of FIFA, I want to give PES another go. I played the game nonstop last year for a good few months before going back to FIFA.

I see you guys have some valid complaints about it so far. You guys think it would be best to hold off until a patch or can I dive in now?
