Re: PS4 Option File Thread for PES 2017
Just downloaded Cristiano's 4.2.
My understanding is to install the live update and THEN update to 4.2
However, what exactly do we do? I see a lot of kits. Shouldn't we already have those in game?
Are we just installing .bin files or importing kits (i.e.: Argentina)PSN: Peji911Comment

Re: PS4 Option File Thread for PES 2017
Yes that is correct I believe for his update is for some national team fixes and an optional 2. Bundesliga replacing Serie B so you would just need to add bin files but even if you have the kits on the USB file it won't add it again as it will recognize it is already in your game.Comment

Re: PS4 Option File Thread for PES 2017
I went like into Feb in my first season with valencia5's file (which the fact that rosters are pretty old makes it a little sucky and I didn't realize it right away). Now that I have invested so much on it, I'm like hesitant to go all the way back to restarting ML. But then everything set right and all sounds very attractive. There's also going through importing all that without making it all mixed up, and going through the manual competition edit stuff... Decisions decisions...PS4: hedache0

Re: PS4 Option File Thread for PES 2017
If you're not deeply invested in your ML and want to go for it, it might take two hours max start to finish. Five minutes to delete your old stuff, maybe 30 to import and, depending on how thorough you want to be, another hour-plus to edit all the comp names, emblems, etc.Comment

Re: PS4 Option File Thread for PES 2017
So, I downloaded the option file for EPL. All the team names have been changed which is great, however the kits have not. The majority of them are just a generic color.
Can someone please provide me with some help??? Thanks!!

Re: PS4 Option File Thread for PES 2017
My Suggestion would be to find another option file of the EPL and import those teams, but make sure you check both boxes and chose the corresponding team when you are prompted to overwrite.
You will also want to delete the logos/kits/manager/stadium of any of the EPL teams that did import correctly or you will have duplicates and waste space.Comment

Re: PS4 Option File Thread for PES 2017
Editing the competitions and alphabetizing teams (if you care about that) is the most tedious part now that batch importing works properly. It takes a while to import all the bin files, but now we can just let it do its thing rather than chunking it by league like before. I can't imagine doing a complete OF like that!

It took about 2 hours probably because I was as thorough as I could get with competition names, logos and settings. The only thing I wasn't 100% was teams in alphabetical order for a few occasions. It took so much time that I didn't even have to time to play with my new toy, kinda sucks.
I can't wait to start the new ML tonight with all players in the right places (as much as it can be)... I'm glad someone is doing all this work with the OF, otherwise I'd still be playing ****ty FIFA.PS4: hedache0
