I played a derby game last night so the CPU was extremely aggressive with their sliding tackles and within the first 10 minutes one of their players (a CB) got a straight red card. That's only the second red card I've ever seen in over 100 matches. Anyway, they had 10 men so I was able to move up the field much easier.
Around the 70' mark I decide to make my subs and saw that their player was indeed greyed out. BUT, on my team one of my CBs at the exact same position was also greyed out and had a red card next to him. I didn't commit any fouls in the game and he had zero cards on the season. Weird thing is that he was still in the game and I was able to substitute him out since he was tired. I still had 11 players on the field too.
After the game I got a notice that he was suspended for the next game as well and I double checked and sure enough he has NO cards at all for the season but now he is credited with one red card even though I committed zero card fouls during the game.
It's just a one game suspension but still pretty weird.
