Pretty sure it is still being blocked by MS Tomba as I did see a few posts from Batti apologizing for the issues with Xbox fans.

Bhatti confirmed on Twitter no change from last year unfortunately. Shame that you can use mods on Bethesda games but we can't download kits like PS4

I was hoping for imports this year....I hope at least they upgraded the editing options. I edited all the unis last year. Takes alot of time.
