They do. Those guys are often invited to special events months in advance as well.

Of course they give them out early. Konami knows the game. They don't even need to bother to get licenses cause they know the modding community will do that all for them for free.

Yeah they do get them early. The Midnight Kid (one of the main kit makers there) has had the game for a while but he told me he rarely gets a chance to play it because he's so focused on getting the file out.

Kits looks so much better this year with the improved player models. Also saw that we no longer have to add the league and competition logos manually as well.

Unlicensed is much better. You can get 4 kits for each team instead if just home and away
