No, I don't. Just trying to make every league licensed in the game. I like watching Juve.

It's best to start fresh. Are you trying to put a different OF on to replace what you have or to add to an existing OF that's missing stuff you want to add? Usually you can add if it doesn't already contain what's already on there.

How come I don’t see the Budesliga listed in the database in master league? I can’t see what’s happening in that league etc

Check out post #18 of this thread. I posted a PC OF that is pretty good. There will be a pretty good size update to the reddit all in one PC OF I'm told sometime in the next week as well.

When you update to v2 for pes universe or you want the reddit file do you delete the date you have now or simply overwrite it?
