No rating upgrades?

So... Valencia partnered with PES this year but not only did they ignore adding their stadium into the game but Konami has yet to address a single rating upgrade to the unbeaten Valencia.

Will there be any rating upgrades all season or why are they ignoring not only Valencia but lots of other, even lisenced teams as well?
