    PC Stuttering

I have a 144hz monitor and 1080 Ti, but also have Ryzan 1700, which is where I think the issues are coming from.

The game is an absolute mess, even though the drops aren't dramatic (ie: 1-5 fps).

I have tried freezing the framerate at 60fps, but it becomes even worse. I have tried a few apps, vsync, etc, and again, no luck.

    Anyone have a solution?

I'm not sure why you're having issues. I play at 1080p with settings on high and I get a steady 60 fps. This is with an old i5 and 1060 6GB. Maybe its a CPU issue? I know some games (Project Cars, etc) are absolutely terrible with AMD products...especially their processors.

Have you tried playing in Windowed Mode? Try setting the max fps to 30 fps? I'm not saying leave it at those settings, but if they work fine, it tells you there is bottleneck in your system when it needs to use more CPU/GPU processing power.

I play it on a Ryzen 1600X and R7 370 (1060 died), in full screen it stutters for me as well, so set it to windowed and get Borderless Gaming or Windowedborderlessgaming and make it fullscreen borderless from that tool and it should play fine.

I know its only two people, but it sounds like there may be something with how the game is optimized for AMD equipment.

If you're using Borderless Gaming, press win+F6 when the game launches, it'll force it into fullscreen borderless.
