There definitely is, as I routinely switch from English to French. I can't remember the exact menu selections, but it's there. I will edit later to add the steps involved once I'm near my PS4.

So to change the language, from the main screen, go to “settings”, and then “system settings”, and lastly “language settings”. From here you can change the text and in-game commentary language (you can change them independently).

I play with Spanish commentators, much more fun for me than the English ones

Being bilingual, I've always switched between the English and Spanish commentaries, but the latter is far superior.

The fact that there are multiple different Spanish types helps keep the commentary somewhat fresh!

Yeah I have only played with Spanish and French commentary this year definitely more enjoyable than the English
