Style of play

Forgive me here..I don’t know much about leagues and such...Or PES..except I’ve seen their work it’s sweet.
I enjoy creating players and watching them play it out on the field ( broadcast type tv style)
Can I do this with PES? Can’t with FIFA...(EA doesn’t have that option )
Cpu vs Cpu is an option I assume with exhibition but for a league will I be allowed...?
I see they have a Coach Mode would that be something that falls along the lines of what I’m talking about.

Not sure about creating players as that's my thing but yes you can play in coach mode (if all you do is make three subs if needed that's all you'd need to do) and watch the game play out without worry that lack of experience with the game makes Messi perform like...well, me when I play for real. In Master league though you can only do this with your team (can't 'watch' other games). Yes Fifa didn't have this in manager mode and found this to be a nice surprise when I decided to give PES a whirl.

Not sure about creating players as that's my thing but yes you can play in coach mode (if all you do is make three subs if needed that's all you'd need to do) and watch the game play out without worry that lack of experience with the game makes Messi perform like...well, me when I play for real. You can create your own players or team and just add them to any league and use them. But Master League with Default players might be your thing in which you basically use just randomly generated players and use them against rest of the league. I believe you can still edit those players appearance to your liking as well.
