                  Week 18 sees yet another OG of comical proportions as Chelsea are denied the win. Man City lose at home again despite pummeling Sheffield United's goal. Liverpool also lose on the road as Christian Benteke reminds his former club of what could have been and Jamie Vardy does what Jamie Vardy does!

                  Fixtures are;

                  Aston Villa v Arsenal
                  Chelsea v Brighton and Hove Albion
                  Crystal Palace v Liverpool
                  Fulham v Newcastle United
                  Manchester United v Southampton
                  Tottenham v Leicester City
                  West Bromwich Albion v Everton
                  West Ham United v Leeds United
                  Wolverhampton Wanderers v Burnley
                  Manchester City v Sheffield United

                    this is so dumb. I hate that games limit how you can play the game. I don't understand this mentality from the devs. I want to play as the entire league, I want to decide who I play as, I want to switch teams during the game. Why would you actively remove something already available in "Kick off" just because it's now a season mode? Sooo frustrating.

                      Yes it is frustrating on that point. Personally, I'm not too bothered because by being able to only play as the home team, it means I play 19 games as every team throughout the 380 games but yes I understand your frustration.

                        Week 19 and the half way point in the Premier League season. More great action although the Manchester derby was somewhat disappointing, and certainly one that Bruno Fernandes wants to forget! There's another hat trick on Tyneside, Burnley continue their incredible first half of the season and Liverpool leave it late at Anfield.

                        Full fixtures;

                        Brighton and Hove Albion v Fulham
                        Burnley v Tottenham Hotspur
                        Everton v Aston Villa
                        Leeds United v Crystal Palace
                        Leicester City v Chelsea
                        Liverpool v West Bromwich Albion
                        Newcastle United v West Ham United
                        Sheffield United v Arsenal

                          Re: Premier League - Playing every game on Full Manual!

                          Having reached the halfway point in the season I just thought I would share a few thoughts and some editing changes I'm thinking of for the second half.

                          I have been playing this on full manual (FUMA) as you know and on professional level. I have stated many times on various threads that my 'senior' years mean my speed of reaction are not what they use to be! On assisted passing last year I was playing on top player but FUMA brings its own difficulty level and I have found professional to be my level for the time being. I have been experimenting off camera with the higher level and various camera angles etc but I think the league is playing quite well. FUMA adds so much to the enjoyment of playing this game once you get past the frustration of learning how to play that way. The biggest plus point for me, is having the ability to play a pass into space for a player to run on to, instead of the assisted pass going to a predetermined area where most times the receiving player would probably have to check his run in order to control it properly. Manual shooting is hard at first but I think I got familiar with this quicker than passing. With FUMA, scoring is so rewarding whether it's a tap in, or a killer pass into the box and a nice finish, a header from a cross or a banger from 30 yards. So far, I've had a great variety of goals and it will continue.

                          Below I have attached the current league table along with the goals and assists rankings.

                          As you can see, there are some notable league placings that catch the eye. Burnley and Crystal Palace have definitely exceeded expectations and Chris Woods 12 goals have been a major factor for the Clarets. Chelsea and Manchester City seem to be the two teams to beat but they have had indifferent moments too. Liverpool have already lost 6 games and other teams like Tottenham, Wolves, Everton are all struggling too which is surprising. Fulham have had tremendous wins over both Liverpool and Manchester United and at times are a really fun team to play with. At the moment Leicester City are probably the team I enjoy playing as the most. Their current position of 8th could be so much better had they been able to convert some of the draws into wins. Most disappointing team for me is Tottenham. They feel really easy to play with but they just can't win enough games for some reason.

                          As I mentioned earlier, I have been experimenting with different cameras while playing other saves. So far, every game in this save has been on the Live Broadcast camera which obviously adds the real life TV feel to watching the videos. Whilst I have always loved this camera, FUMA has led me to trying different variations of the custom stadium camera in other saves and I am leaning towards using one that I have settled on recently for the second half of the season. I feel that on FUMA, a little more height and a little less angle on the camera would be more beneficial with the passing. This isn't supposed to help me win every game but I'm certainly thinking it may help with the level of gameplay. Also, I am going to change the way I edit the videos. Instead of just showing the goals with replays, I have decided to include some of the missed chances too and do away with all the replays. My reason is similar to jrnlgrn with his Copa Libertadores save on his channel. There is a lot more great play that gets missed. I don't want the videos to be super long though so initially there may be some teething issues in getting the balance right. Hopefully a change of camera won't bother those that do watch too much.

                          Overall, I am enjoying this immensely. I am really looking forward to the second half of the season to see how it all unfolds. There have been some absolute worldies scored and I'm sure there are many more to come. For those who do watch the videos, thank you for taking the time to watch and I hope you continue to enjoy them as much as I do making them.

                            Week 20 has lots of action. An unbelievable game at the Etihad where Man City run wild thanks to free kick expert KDB! Liverpool leave it late to rescue a point at home to Villa. Man Utd are on fire against Sheffield United at Old Trafford which has a scintillating last 5 minutes in the first half. Burnley continue to show grit and determination with a fine comeback against Chelsea. Full fixtures are;
