Is there not a PS5 version of PES? I've been playing PES 2018 on the PS4 forever, and have played Winning Eleven/PES since my PS2 days. It seems like the franchise folded? Do they exist anymore? If so, that's very sad to me, I can't stand FIFA.

The game underwent a change and became known as eFootball PES 2020 and 2021. They stopped making it for 2 years to make it a f2p game. Now the game is just called eFootball. They are no longer doing yearly releases. You download it once and it gets updated with new kits and players in the fall. There is not currently a master league and offline play is very bare bones and I don't believe there is an edit mode yet. It's primary focus is just their online ultimate team or whatever it's called.
