Since I added more memory to my laptop, this game is actually playable now. Finished my 1st season with Everton, finished 9th. Sold Fellani and Bilyaletdinov, and brought in Ji-Sung Park. After the season ended, they somehow found me 21 million dollars to play with. How did I use it? I brought in Kieran Richardson and Stewart Downing. Also debating switching to a 4-2-3-1 which will look like this:

        ---------------------Saha---------------------
        Downing-------------Cahill---------------Park--
        --------------Arteta----------Rodwell----------
        Baines--------Heitinga--------Jagielka----Neville
        ---------------------Howard-------------------

        Thoughts?

Last time I posted I said I was gearing up for a big two legs in the CL, but Marseille beat me in heartbreaking fashion:

I rebounded from that loss by clinching the league title early for the 4th straight league title for Palmero:

Now I have a TIM Cup Final match coming up (opponent to be determined) where I will hopefully complete the double.

Switched around tactics to play possession football, and I am on fire. Went from 11th to 3rd in about a month, beating the likes of Chelsea and Man City along the way.

Kind of hard to escape when you manage a team of that stature. Literally my whole squad would go out on International duty at Liverpool. The best you can do is limit them to 45 in friendlies.

Season 1 finished at Welsh side Newport County. We made a great showing compared to what was expected. My own personal expectation for next season will be to make the promotion playoff. We lose 4 players that were on loan, but I've brought in players of my own at each of those positions. A few players will be leaving and I'll be looking for sensible free transfers and out of contract players. Of course, all that could change since my contract is up for renewal, and there seems to be rumblings that I could leave. If the right higher job is offered, I will be taking it. Ah, the joys of the lower leagues.

You can also recall them if it's a friendly. I actually just did it because the friendly was right in the middle of a hard 4 game stint, which essentially sealed our automatic promotion. My 3 best players would have been exhausted for the later half of the stint.

My Undefeated Streak in the league is over at 55. It was always gonna be tough going to the Emirates, but after getting a 2nd minute red card it was all downhill from there.
