Successful first season with Viborg, won the First Division, won the Danish Cup, signed a wonderkid Striker. Now the hard part comes in the summer transfer window, balancing the squad, and hanging on to the players I NEED to keep.

New to the game with a question. I edited a team in the editor but when I start a new game in classic mode, the edits are not there. Any ideas as to what I may be doing wrong?

        I finally picked my team:

        Mets/Giants/Knicks/Rangers/Manchester United/Notre Dame Football

Never let fear determine who you are. Never let where you came from determine where you are going.

The problem is that I don't want to torrent it.

I don't trust Torrents anymore. So unless I come across a winzipped file or have time to spare, I don't think I'll go with face packs.

A torrent is just another way of downloading it. This particular one was created and released by the people who maintain the Megapack. It's just as safe as downloading the .rar version, just 10x faster...

I've never noticed during FM 12, but do MLS teams tend to send out some of there players on short term loan during the offseason in FM 13?

Re: ***The Official Football Manager Thread***

The January transfer period has closed, so a quick update on Rangers.

Currently 18 points up on the Scottish 2nd Division. Hit a bit of a dip in form the month of December. Struggling to score goals, but my keeper Blair Currie during this span has five straight shutouts. Face Aberdeen in the 5th Round of the Scottish Cup. Board wants me to win this competition and the Europa League appearance it brings with it.

Now that the transfer embargo is over, I picked up a couple players in the January transfer period. Signed AMR Bebe to a 5-year-deal after Manchester United released him on a free in August. Bebe instantly becomes a starter on this squad. Spent $650k to bring in DL/ML Aaron Sinclair from Partrick Thistle and signed him to a 2-year-deal. He's cover for both positions and will see plenty of action the way I rotate my squads. Also signed keeper Anssi Jaakkola away from Scottish Premier side Kilmarnock to a pre-contract and will join us in June. He will most likely be our starting keeper next season when we move up to the First Division.

Biggest coup was probably convincing Lee Wallace to stay here by promising him we'll get promotion to a bigger league. His value has gone up a $1 million this season and some major clubs were interested in him earlier in the season.

I was in 2nd after 7 matches with that Fulham team.

I played for like 5 hours yesterday and didn't win once.

                    I'm in 16th now.

                    I hate everything.

So I DLed the demo yesterday, wanted to see if my cpu could handle it. My initial reaction is I hate everything that has to do with this skin. **** it to hell.

Also **** me, cause the 3D engine runs smooth and now I have to buy this eventually.
Don't you EVER read my blog? It's gotten a lot better.

Just check out the Steklo skin. The original one is pretty terrible this year – worst in recent memory for sure.

I'm using that while patiently waiting for Vitreous to drip.

I can't deal with the Stelko skin, just way too much of the background going on.

Right now I'm trying this dark skin Carbon. So far so good and much less color clashing than the default.
A dark skin for Football Manager 2013 made by Ricki Bertolino. The first skin that is being released for FM13.

You can change the background of Steklo as well as the opacity by clicking the cog in the top left.

Best skin released so far, until Gluu 2 comes out (if it ever does).

You can change the background on steklo. Mine is just pure dark grey-ish/blue-ish.
