If anyone is thinking of jumping in, that price is about as good as you're going to get for the near future.

No hope for a even bigger price drop, kinda to around 10$ , like U said it was for FM12 in march 2012?

For European competitions, in order to register a full 25 player squad, you must have 4 players who have trained at your club for 3 years before age 21 and 8 players who have trained in the nation for 3 years before age 21. The time spent on loan within your country counts towards training in the nation, but not the club. Time spent on loan outside the nation counts towards neither.
        Okay, thanks for that.

Sorry for the odd question. It seems like I have a billion of them (including the fact that I get to name a 30-man roster for the WC, but have to trim it to the final 23 before I get to play any warmup matches). But I digress...
          Not that I know.

I don't think too much of those emails, I doubt it means anything and was just added for extra fun by the creators.

I got the Belgium job after resigning from Wales. Wanted this job for a while so I'm happy I got it. So much individual talent on the team, however they're getting up there in age and there hasn't been any promising young player coming up.

Just took my first international job with Ivory Coast.

Is there anything I should know or any tips you guys have for international managing? Specifically how to choose a squad and set up an international player pool? Just had to come up with an U23 roster and it took me forever.

Hire coaches and have them scout different leagues. I don't think you need to do much in adding players in the national pool unless the player can play for two nations and his preference is team X while Ivory Coast is his second choice. When I was managing Wales, I tried to get this 18 year old wonderkid to play for me instead of England so I added him in my pool and kept begging him to play for me, but he refused Now he's England's #1 striker at age 20.

Not a fan of managing U23 club, since you don't have many choices. I prefer national team in Europe. After every Europa or WC, bunch of national team jobs get opened and just apply to them. You probably have to take a lower team first before teams like England, France, Germany, etc.

Sometimes in friendlies, I use the team the assistant coach suggests to me. Good chance to use other players.

Yeah after I had the Ivory COast job for a bit the USA job opened up so I took that. I'm letting my assistant coach help me with a lot of the choosing of the squad as well until I get a feel for the players. I don't follow a ton of soccer so I don't just know who guys are so I really need to look into things. For the national pool I just did a player search with my main team for everyone that was eligible to play for USA and added them to the selection pool.

My first game with USA was a draw in a friendly against Sweden. Definitely pleased with that result, up next World Cup 2018 Qualifiers.

Absolutely love playing as Stoke. Gonna be nice to start a new career with Brek Shea on the team. Am I the only one that thinks getting a work permit is a lot more difficult than it should be though? I've attempted to sign Brek Shea millions of times along with other Americans as well as some Mexicans and can never get the work permit unless they've played overseas before even if they've capped with the national team. I'd think it'd be easier than it is portrayed in the game. Could never bring Juan Agudelo over last year either.

It is also broken up into about 15 individual downloads. That's what I did.

It's definitely a PITA. I just did it over a couple of days. I'd fire up a couple as I was doing other stuff around the house.

There's nothing bad about using the torrent. It'll take so much less time than downloading them individually, and without having to deal with merging 15 folders together at the end.
