I have a bit of a silly request if anyone could help me out.
So, I had to reformat my hard drives back when and I just reinstalled FM2013. I have re-downloaded the facepacks, stadium BGs, adboards, logos, trophies and basically everything I could need graphics wise except for the kits.
Going through a bunch separate threads / downloads yet again doesn't interest me in the least.
Is there any chance that someone here would happen to have all the SS kits (well, at least all the minor and major leagues released) and be able to rar/zip those up and upload those for a brother? Would be greatly appreciated.Last edited by GOBLUE_08; 06-21-2013, 08:36 PM.Comment

Trying to get back into FM again. It's just difficult because what always seems to happen is I overachieve in season 1 and the next season the board expects more despite giving me no money and I get sacked like 3 months into the season.Comment

Start at a small club, that way if you do really well the first season, they are more forgiving if things dont go as well the next. Also keep really tight control of the payroll. If you can manage to keep the team profitable while not playing as well,it can save you. Its saved my *** a couple times.
Link to the SS Kits for anyone interested

Re: ***The Official Football Manager Thread***
And on that note, I'm at the 24 game mark with Celtic and I've got a 15 point lead over Aberdeen and a 26 point lead over third placed Ross County. Pretty simple really. I got through my Europa League group which has given me a tie against PSV. Tough, but winnable.Comment

Made it to the Capital One Cup Final, will play Manchester City there, drew Valencia in the first knockout round of the Europa League, currently playing Shrewsbury Town in the 4th round of the FA Cup, also part of my 4 games in 10 days Horror stretch. Lost to QPR in that stretch, but still sitting second in the Premier League. I decided I'll finish out the year at Arsenal, then focus on Euros, and WCQ and let someone else have the reigns at Arsenal. Sad to leave the club, but Denmark are down to 30th in World Rankings, and Sweden is 32nd, ain't no way I'm letting Sweden be the top rated Scandinavian Country.Support Local Sports

Finished top of the Hex with 24 points. Since drawing El Salvadore in the group state of the Gold Cup, I've reeled off 9 straight wins. The US is currently ranked 13th in the world and Landon Donovan has now recorded the most caps in American history.
So now I have a job offer from Ligue 1 side Montpellier. Currently 14th in Ligue 1. Minimum expectation is to achieve a respectable position. They have $11 million left in the transfer kitty, a payroll of $25 million (which they are currently over), and a two year contract. I wonder if I should take it lolComment

Re: ***The Official Football Manager Thread***
Thanks to some OS recommendations, I have purchased FM! Started a Tottenham save. There sure is a lot to digest in this game. I can definitely see myself getting addicted once I figure everything out, though. LolLast edited by gopher_guy; 06-24-2013, 01:25 AM.University of Minnesota Golden Gopher Hockey

Re: ***The Official Football Manager Thread***
So I've finished my first season with Celtic and took home three trophies: Premier League, Scottish Cup and the League Cup. The league was over pretty early, but I only won 1 out the last 6 games (due to resting players) so it took a bit longer than it should have!
One of the reasons for resting players was that after an early Champions League exit, I managed to make it all the way to the Semi Finals of the Europa League, somehow. We managed to get past PSV on away goals (after playing the away leg with 10 men for the majority of the game), sneak past Bordeaux 1-0, get a 92nd minute winner against Liverpool and eventually go out to Napoli 3-1 on aggregate. Still not quite sure how I got that far.
The 2013/14 season won't be much different I feel. As it stands, there is only one change from the squad that finished the season to the one that is starting. I intend to try and buy youngsters and bring them through, which is probably the only way I can try and acquire world class players. I can't see much challenge in the next few years, even when Rangers manage to get their way back to the Premier League (they got promoted this year, only losing one game).Comment

I have reinstalled FM after not playing for a few months, and it's like every single bit of knowledge I had about the game leaked from my brain out of my ears.badComment

Re: ***The Official Football Manager Thread***
Yeah I'm sure I've already forgotten a bunch of stuff that I've read about the game, haha. I've read a few "10 Things to know about FM" type of articles that have been helpful.
The tactics, both pre-match and during the match, are pretty overwhelming.
Lost the EPL opener to QPR 2-1. Sandro was angry that I essentially denied a move to Man City by countering with a crazy number to see if they'd bite. I told him that we'd be in the Champions League by the end of next season, so he gave me that long.

The complete pack 5.7 is what you'd download. Direct download from the server, but it's almost 6GB so be prepared for a bit of a download.badComment
