Into my first full season of my Journeyman save with Granit in the Belarusian 2nd Division...
Apparently Belarus takes the month of May off (season runs from March-November) almost halfway through the season, so this seems like a good spot to update.
Going back to last season... I took over at Granit, who had just one win on the season. I managed to double our win total! Here's the final table:

It must have been a miracle promotion last year, because we were WAY overmatched in almost every game. And coming into this season, the board is just expecting me to finish in the top half of the table.
Now on to this season...
I had two of my best players poached by teams in the first division, so that was a bummer. But I got $20k for one of them, and was able to replace him with a cast-off from Dinamo Minsk for only $1k, and he is not that much of a downgrade.
Some interesting roster rules in the second division: You must have two U21 players in your match squad, and one of them has to be in your starting XI every game. I have a few hot prospects good enough for my first team, so this hasn't been a problem for me. Another rule: no foreign players allowed. Everyone has to be from Belarus. I have one foreign player, from Russia; he seems content just going to training and collecting his wages, because when I asked him to find a new team, he refused and said he is staying, lol.
As for my on-field performance... It's been okay. I'm very good at getting draws!

The board has allowed me to start studying for my first coaching license. So after a few months I'll have my National C License!
