After watching the Bundesliga relegation 2nd leg yesterday (won by Wolfsburg 2-0 on agg), I'm going to start a Braunschweig save to see if I can get them promoted. I played with them a few years back when they were in Bundesliga and actually got them to the Europa League. Wonder if I can do that again.

Fired up a save with Sunderland to try and un-relegate them.

1 win in 10 with a -19 GD, the club is a dumpster fire. This is mission impossible and I love it.

Finished my first season with Tubize in the Jupiler Pro League of Belgium.

I took over about halfway through the season, and we were 1 spot above the bottom, with a 2 point cushion. The board's expectation was just "Don't be outclassed"

Alright, I think I can do that.

We ended up 1 spot above the bottom, with a 1 point cushion.

I went on a pretty good run of form shortly after taking over the team. Good thing, too, because here is how I finished the season:

To be honest, my team needs a lot of work. There are some old and declining guys in important positions. But, we have some pretty promising guys on the U21 team. At least two that I think can compete for a starting spot next season. I think I'll be able to sell some older guys who are only marginally better than those young guys. This should hopefully help with the financial burden the club is in. The two prospects I have in mind are both Belgian as well, which will help with the home grown rules. I found myself having to sit some of my better subs on the bench and play with less desirable guys just to meet the requirements of having x Belgians in every match squad.

I'm going to try and improve the team so we're not in a relegation battle this next season. To be honest, this season was a little dicey, lol. Good thing the team below me was just a liiiiiittle bit worse!

I was hoping to take more coaching courses, but there doesn't seem to be money in the budget to do that. Maybe I'll try asking again this summer now that the competition money has come in.

After being sacked 99 days after getting the CD Izzara job, I spent a year unemployed, until an old friend came along to give me a boost. I was given the option to join up with Munster in the 3.Liga. It came to my surprise that Munster was in fact on it's way up to the 2. Bundesliga. With that in mind, I took to reshaping the squad, bringing in some better talent, and in my infinite wisdom, after reading Max Allegri's paper on midfielders, decided to try and use a Regista. Come the winter break, we were sitting in the playout relegation spot and it was clear changes needed to happen. Surprisingly, I was able to secure reinforcements from the Premier League, in Baba Rahman, Kelechi Ihenacho and Marko Grujic. Those three signings plus my switch to a 4-2-3-1 led to a winning streak like I've never had, and here we are going into the final day of the season:

If we manage to not lose a game after the winter break, we'll go from relegation candidates to league champions, I don't think I've ever had as drastic a turnaround as this one. Ever.

Re: ***The Official Football Manager Thread***

Just wrapped up the pre-season before my first year in League 2. The Media has us as 100-1 odds, by far the worst...but last year I was 33-1 and won the league so screw em.

I had to change everyone's contracts from part time to full time...which was more annoying than I thought. I also signed a better striker, and 2 new defenders who will battle for the starting CB2 spot. One is a guy with more potential, the other plays RLC and will be valuable nonetheless. I signed a vet goalie who seems a bit better than my current guy, but I'm leaving that spot up to competition as well.

Getting TV money for playing Arsenal and Everton in friendlies was nice, despite losing 11-1 combined lol. I also love having 7 subs not 5...more guys will get playing time!!

I can also now scout all of Europe, not just England, and have hired 2 new scouts so that we can start regionally scouting. Finding some good players in Italy but need more info on them so far.

Have to go to work, so won't get to start until tomorrow...but man it's exciting seeing all of these new changes and unique things!

Did it. Won 3-1 at home. Which means throughout this season, I spent 2 weeks in 18th, 2 weeks in 17th, 10 weeks in 16th, and 1 week in 1st.

So I'm playing against Inter (my stadium holds 5,500 people) and @ Juventus in the next two matches the table is like this

Top 4 gets CL spot, so it'll be great if Roma and Milan stops winning.

                          Edit: The dream is dead

Edit x2: I hate my board

Man oh man...League 2 has started rough. I've blown 2 leads by giving up 2 goals in last 5 min twice. I have 1 win, 1 draw, and 4 losses now. I did sign 2 FA to try and strengthen squad. I've also switched to a more counter attack style which is playing better...I need to survive!

                              Started a save w/ England and noticed a "B" team--with nobody listed.

Not sure what I am to do with this, lol?

If you need a B team, it'll let you know and you'll pick it. England will probably never need it.

The time you need it is when you have two tournaments in the same summer. Example: 2007 Gold Cup the US sent its better team to that, while they sent a B team to Copa America since it started only 2 days later.
