So this is my first go with a beta version.

Is there any reason to NOT start my main save, and wait for full version?

I would tend to hold off on a main save, just in case anything does need resetting when the full game comes out. There's a few bugs around, but these are fixed in existing save games anyway, it's just the data (transfers, manager movements etc) that changes.

Yeah I would never start a full save in the beta, especially since there are generally a host of things SI know are wrong, but wait til day one for the full release to patch it.

This beta loves 4-4, 3-3 and 2-2 matches. I'm 20 games into a season and have 10 draws. Not a single one is 1-1 or 0-0.

Hoping things get sorted out in full version.

The first PL season wasn't like this, but this was an interesting 20/21 season... for everybody else.

Blackburn scored 19 goals in the entire season... and stayed up.

I haven't had issues with too many goals, my biggest issues that nearly all goals are scored on quick counter attacks.

This was my Orleans team after I took over.

I’m dropped my defensive life and point of engagement 1 notch below standard, and I’ve also turned off counter pressing to avoid getting hit on the counter.

Only conceded 8 goals in the league. 11 clean sheets with Leno so far, most of which have been with a Mustafi/Holding CB partnership.

PSA: Download your graphics packs before it’s too late. Some sites are pulling theirs in fear of lawsuits.

They will always be somewhere to download. Worst case is torrents.

There also seems to be a lot of speculation flying around now however that FM21 will not support modding at all. If that happens I don't honestly think I could bring myself to buy the new games. I'd just keep playing the old ones. Without actual logos and kits, and most importantly the license/name fix, I just can't do it. The fake/generic stuff has some weird mental block that ruins the experience for me.

Same if modding goes away, I'm out.

If they take away the modding I feel like sales would fall of a cliff.

Where did you guys hear this?

Regardless, id 100% not buy if they removed modding. Soccer is already the 4th/5th favorite sport for me, so there would be 0 chance I could get into a soccer management game if half the teams were fake.
