Midfielder Jack Wilshire will be in Arsenal's squad to face Norwich City on Saturday, according to his agent.

I'm just guessing if the game is in hand, and we have a 2 goal cushion, he may get 10-15 mins of time on the pitch.

Yeah, I don't think he'll come into a close, thrilling affair. He'll get some garbage time if it's available. With the way this team is playing, Wenger knows he doesn't have to rush Jack back.

I'm not worried at all about the rushing back issue. I think this club has perhaps finally figured it out, and they know not to just trust the player on what he says.

Whenever Jack plays again, I'll be confident that he's fully fit.

Didn't we lose away at Carrow Road last season?

No. Pretty sure we went down 1-0 and fought back for three points.

Terrible effort in the final third. I'm sure the INT break didn't help things, but our offense looked so listless and uninspired. We should have easily beaten Norwich given the way we dominated possession, but you can't win when you can't finish or create chances.

It was very reminiscent of this team early on this season. Domination of possession and attacking chances, but got nothing out of it.

Also, I can't wait for SZCZ to come back. Call me crazy, but I think he makes a better save on the shot that deflected to Holt. At least may have got his hands on it much stronger to push it out wide instead of back across goal.

You didn't think that. You're a logical, realist Gooner. Like most of us here.

I'm disappointed, but this squad still has holes and the things that are working still need more time to gel.

There are bright patches. The imminent return of Jack will boost the midfield, even though Ramsey has been playing well. Also, Sagna will give us something a bit extra in the final third, I feel. Just has that extra experience that perhaps we need.

True, but I thought we finally had a squad mentally tough enough to see off the Norwich's of the world. I agree we still have some weaknesses but I suppose in this day in age this club probably always will.

It was odd to see the squad just not "clicking" up front, when they have been in recent weeks. Hard to believe an international break did that, but we better pick it up midweek, as Shalke are going to be tough.

Also, Arseblog was spot on when talking about Wilshere today. Why put him on the bench if you seemingly have no chance of using him? If we're up late, he could come on, but that isn't exactly the time he needs. Especially as he's now schedule to play 90 for the reserves again. That match yesterday is exactly the kind of match we need him in. Someone to step up, play hard, and inspire.

Hopefully he's back soon, as his mentality is needed as much as his feet.

Sadly it was not in Russia.
