He really is. He deserves to be at a better club. He can only do so much when he has Titus Shambles in front of him.

I watched the top 10 saves of the season on Fox Soccer a couple of days ago and Mignolet was on the reel a couple of times.

If we get this guy I will be ecstatic! Perfect signing for us. Him and Arteta can switch going forward. I still think we could use an attacking mid and a striker. My dream scenario would be Fellani, Cesc, and Jovetic.

I know that isn't realistic but one can dream.

If we do get him them, then who sits? Or does he play Wilshere, Fellani, Arteta, and Cazorla out wide?

Also, another top class forward would be an ideal summer and its only the first week of June.

I think Wenger sees Cazorla as a wide player. As for the midfield, we can use this crazy term called squad rotation. I think some clubs actually use this novel concept.

I think a legitimate attacking mid is a must. The only true guy we have at that spot is Rosicky. Jack and Aaron are both better playing deeper.

Beautiful. Then Cazorla, Theo, Ox, and possibly Gervinho can rotate out wide. Me personally I would like to see Podolski used more centrally.

Apparently we've opened talks with QPR about signing Julio Cesar.

Seems to still be a rumor at this point, being reported by Goal.com and The Mirror.

Players like Rooney is the better way to put it.

Or to be even more clear, players who make £200,000/week.

The million dollar question is whether Arsene will break the socialist pay structure or not.

                          If he can, he will.

I've always believed, and still do, that the financial restrictions of the club are the reason Arsene says and does the things he does.

If Arsene actually has money to spend, I think he'll spend it. He knows what we need. The issue in past years has been that he knew we couldn't afford it.

Squad rotation feels like some mythical fantasy after watching Arsenal during their trophy-less run. Man, that would be nice.

If the Fellaini rumor is true, then as said earlier, Wenger must want to use Cazorla on the left. Right now I think we could use a winger (AMR/AML) than an AMC, but Fellaini is the perfect signing if you play Cazorla out wide.

I just read on twitter that both Arsenal and Everton deny the rumor, so this could be all speculation.
