That back heel was pure class. Ramsey's finish was great, but the back heel made that goal.

Also, it was hilarious hearing Wynalda spend the entire match ripping Ramsey and bleating on about how Ramsey should be subbed out, only for Ramsey to score the match winner.

I made my wife sit through this game and boy was I a happy camper! The first 8 minutes were a disaster, but we finally showed mental toughness, came back, and won!

I thought after Cazorla's free kick, we played well. Giroud was terrible in the first half and Ozil made some great runs and great passes in the latter half of the game. If our strikers were more clinical, I'm not sure the game would have gone to extra time

Yes, there were a number of penalties that weren't called which was complete BS, but in the end, we now have a trophy and maybe this is the springboard we need to now know we can win. Regardless of the opposition, winning the FA Cup is a nice achievement and I expect a lot more next year!

Giroud started playing remarkably better when Sanogo came in. Which made me think about how he would do with a good CF partner. Anyway, Ramsey is class and he showed it again. We ****ing won a trophy lads.

Woke up early this morning to watch the Arsenal parade. I cried laughing when Flamini and Wilshere led the "what do think of tottenham" chant. Did I mention, I love that guy!!

Yeah the 4-2-3-1 won't be used as much next term because it's been figured out by many of Wenger's cohorts. Once the replacements for Sagna and a new CB gets brought in, I'm sure we'll go hard in the paint after a new striker to help Giroud. The pub I was at yesterday really pissed me with the booing of Giroud. The guy busts his *** game in and game out and well over worked this term and some fans just don't get what he brings to the table like that world class back flip that set up Rambo.

Found this Gem today on twitter from the Mirror.

Also here are some interesting stats:

People at Man City Parade in 2012 when they won the league: 90,000

People at the Chelsea Parade when they won the UEFA Champions League: 80,000

People at the Arsenal Parade today for just an FA Cup - 250,000. I guess we are maybe a big club then...

Really good synopsis on the upcoming transfer window for us. We are truly 4-5 signings away from being ready to challenge the top of the table. Arsene just has to pull the trigger. Plus we need to get TV5 and Sagna's situation settled as well.

This would be my dream scenario:

Striker - Sell Bendtner, bring back Carlos Vela, Bring in Benzema and send Sanogo out on loan(The Kid has some things which can be developed, but he needs to play) .

DM - Buy Javi Martinez which also helps with the CB situation. Or buy James Milner from City and put him at the pivot.

RB - Sagna stays, but we still buy Serge Aurier any way before the World Cup. Sagna plays this next season and then we could look at selling him. Aurier is better going forward than Sagna, but doesn't have the savy that Sagna has in defense yet. Aurier can be had for 6 million quid, which is an absolute steal. He will impress at the World Cup, which drive the price much higher if we mess around on the price.

CB- TV5 plus Martinez brought in and we're set. If TV5 goes, buying Joel Veltman would be the best option at around 10 million pounds. If we miss out on Martinez, keeping Sagna could also provide some cover in that department as well. Sagna and Koscileny could be a nice partnership if needed.

Couldn't agree more. However, I wouldn't mind another winger being brought in for our left side (Vela prefers RW). Sure we have Podolski and Santi but if we're going to actually want to compete on different fronts we'll need a DEEP squad. My faith in Giroud has been restored too. I believe he would work quite well if partnered up with a world class CF.

New contract for Wenger, and (take it with a grain of salt) reported transfer budget of 168 mil.

Giroud was placed in almost impossible situation this term. He was asked to start 48 games in front by himself. To put that in context Luis Suarez only played 35 all season. Sure Liverpool had no CL obligations and missed a chunk of the season, but look at how fresh he is compared to Giroud. Arsene truly did him NO favors in January by sitting on his wallet.

Plus we are just not as potent without Theo or the Ox on the right to inject pace in the 4-2-3-1. Hull and others just pack the hell out of the middle of the pitch and we have no one to take the ball and make runs at people.

What does everyone think about Ashley Cole returning? Seen plenty of rumours about it, doubt it would happen. I wouldn't mind it to be honest but surely with Gibbs and Monreal at LB we wouldn't exactly need him unless it's purely for cover?
