I think the only chance we stand is on the counter, and exploiting the high line they'll play.

Ozil to Walcott is likely a goal if we're going to get one.

I'm going to chose to go in very optimistic, as I think Arsene will have the team ready to put up a very good fight. We're in good form, and I think we'll even feel comfortable that we're at home.

Are we going to win, or even take away a point? Winning is of course unlikely, and a point could happen, but I have a good feeling we at least will not be embarrassed. Yes, not being embarrassed is going in optimistic.

It'll be interesting to see if Wenger plays both Ozil and Alexis. On the one hand, it will be incredibly hard to get any kind of result without them. On the other hand, given where we sit in the league right now compared to where we sit in the CL, Wenger might want to rest them and preserve their fitness.

Personally, I want Arsenal to go for it against Bayern, so I want our best 11 in there.

I was going to come in here today and say something possibly stupid, like predicting that we would at least take a point away from the match.

But I'm not going to do that. But I really, really, really thought about doing it.

I don't even want to think about how this just sets up future disappointment due to us being able to do this, and not something else.

Great performance, what a result, ****ing hell lads that was excellent.

This team was creating so many chances early on in the season, but we weren't getting on the end of them and finishing. Now we are. If this continues, Arsenal will be a scary team, especially with a great GK and defense. But as always, Arsenal need to maintain consistency, and unfortunately that's easier said than done with Arsenal.

Ramsey being out until after the next interlull means it's time for Ox to step up, as I assume he'll get a run of games as Ramsey's replacement on the right.

It was a shame he was injured as he was getting comfortable with his role on the wings finally. Ox will have to step up BIG more importantly on the defensive end or he will leave Bellerin exposed. A lot of people have been hard on Ramsey (myself included) but he is one of the many reasons why Arsenal have a good defensive record in the EPL so far this season.

Solid win for us despite having to hold on. I was worried because I know it was gonna be hard to come down from that performance Tuesday. And Petr Cech saves our butts again, but this is why we bought him.
