I think it's time for Arsene to step down.

I'm 100% in the Arsene needs to leave camp. I was mostly there earlier this year, and there's no going back for me. I don't care if we win another FA Cup, it's time for serious change.

Something was said on the Arsecast this week that stuck with me. It's very clear that it's a rather comfortable job being an Arsenal manager. Relatively speaking, you're not held to the same standard of your competitors.

It also seems far too comfortable to be an Arsenal player, and that comes from management.

The only consistent thing through our shortcomings has been the manager and his staff. They're the issue more than the players, I believe.

If you gave Conte or Pochettino this squad, we'd be an actual title contender, and we wouldn't be losing at home to Watford.

Arsene needs to leave, and if he renews his contract to "prove something" then I think he'll be further setting us back and further hindering the mental growth of several of our players.

I get why some people would be unsure of him leaving.

First, who would replace him? Are there any certain options as of now?

Second, depending on the replacement, we could easily have a few years in which we face serious consistency issues, as in not qualifying for the CL. But at some point, he'll leave, so it's going to happen.

He was always my dream replacement that actually seemed possible, which is why when he went to Liverpool I went further into the "no idea what we'll do now camp" of thinking.

He could properly motivate the squad and definitely get the most out of them, which would be more than Arsene or his staff are currently capable of.

After watching it again, you guys a few chances early to put us behind. Thibo trying to play it out of the back early and seeing his pass ultimately fall to Iwobi whose shot was deflected out wide. The Alonso goal was really the first foray forward we had but then you guys just went into your shell.

We started pretty well, and I think we could've had a chance at grabbing a point if Gabriel directs his header anywhere but right at Courtois and forced him to make a harder, or impossible save.

Even if we went in level, it still would've been a huge task to come away with anything. Even if we did, a point from that game would be just as disappointing as a loss, honestly.

In order to show anything has changed, we had to win, and we didn't come close.

                    Couple questions...

                    1) Where do you guys frequent to get knowledge of young talent? I often use FIFA/Sofifa for their potential ratings to sort of keep an eye out for the next young studs--but is there a good site for this information too? Also, how reliable/accurate would you consider sofifa to be?

                    2) Why does it seem Arsenal doesn't really have any/much young 'hot' English talent? Do we not do our diligence in England? I see the likes of Spurs, United, even Everton with loads of young English players with high potential (per Sofifa), and just curious why it seems we don't have that. Bear in mind, I'm only in my 3rd year of fandom/obsession.

Shockingly, we played better against Hull than Chelsea.

                      Top four, baby.

Underwhelming. Again. But 3 points is 3 points. They say no picture on the scorecard so, I'll take it.

I thought Gibbs looked good today. Needs to be starting over Nacho.

Man, what has happened to Özil?

Several months ago on Football Weekly it was asked how Vardy would be doing if he agreed to join Arsenal. Barry had by far the best response, and this was at least two months ago, if not more.

"He'd be on the bench—behind Olivier Giroud."

I've always recalled that, as I completely agreed. I don't care if he had Ozil feeding him, he wouldn't have been anything but depth.

                            Glad it didn't happen.

Ospina starts today. That's a huge call by Wenger.

I'd start Welbeck as well and try to hit them on the break.
