Maybe the bus will leave without him.

        Just maybe.

He won't sell Sanchez so the club won't have the funds to buy out his contract.

        What an absolute joke.

I'm willing to eat all of the crow in the world if I'm wrong, but this might actually be the last year I support this club. We're at the point where it's clear we have no direction. What kind of club are we? A top-level club? Hardly, our best players want to leave, and we constantly sell players of quality without replacing them first. The move of Mustafi is pretty much the last straw. I thought Mustafi was average-at-best for most of the year last year, but he's a solid defender, and a back 3 containing him could mask some of his deficiencies as a central defender.

We finally sign an out-and-out striker in Lacazette, and we're not playing him against Top 4 rival Liverpool, we're starting Danny ****ing Welbeck. I like Welbs, but he's barely played due to injury, and in a game against Liverpool we shouldn't be experimenting with someone like him over Lacazette. Leaving Kolasnic on the bench when he's been a revelation since signing is one of the most puzzling decisions, as it makes Ox play out of position. I'd rather have Ox on the right, and Sead on the left if we're trying to show Ox we want him still.

We can't finish outside of the Champion's League again, doing so would be a mark of complete and total failure. Having an off-season is easy to write off like 2016\17. Having two in a row, after a decade of failed transfer windows, failure to address the pressing needs of the team, and failure to adapt to the changing landscape of the game is completely and wholly unacceptable. As I'm typing this Arsenal are down 4-0, and never before in my life have I been so ready to see someone fired.

What sucks the most is the inability to find ONE single bright spot today.

Every single player was absolutely abysmal.

The lineup was wrong, the subs were wrong.

And now we won't sell players that we could desperately use the funds for to help rebuild this complete dumpster fire of a club.

                Shocking.

Not a chance it would ever happen with this ownership or board (but I know you know that). It's become incredibly clear over the last few years that being a player at Arsenal is fairly easy. There are few if any repercussions for how poorly you play—your wage will be high, and you might even get an increase in pay.

In this time it has also been clear that it's very easy and comfortable to be the manager at Arsenal. Arsene Wenger would've been sacked by now if he were at Chelsea, United, City, Spurs, or Liverpool—without question. Not only for last season's shortcomings, but for the manner in which Arsenal defeats often occur.

Arsenal rarely just lose a game, but instead, are humiliated in defeat. The systematic pattern of the issues present in the squad and squad management is alarming clear.

Arsene Wenger will never again win the Premier League, nor will he win a European competition while at Arsenal. If you gave him the right players he'd play them out of position, or not play them at all.

There is even now increasing worry about how far Arsene is willing to go to show his distrust in anyone but himself. In 2014 the club purchased StatDNA, an analysis company. Several signings the club has made in the past few years were apparently highly rated/recommended by the software or people who comprise StatDNA. There is now some thought that the players who were recommended by StatDNA have mysteriously fallen out of favor with Arsene. Two of these players would be Elneny and Mustafi, who are both two players that Arsene has seemingly decided can leave the club after a short stay.

What the **** is he even doing these days? He just benched the best left back of the 16/17 Bundesliga season. He just benched a striker who is known for finishing his chances. He'll make excuses, ramble off some platitudes regarding transfers, and we'll most likely return from the international break with a draw or loss against Bournemouth at home.

**** me, I don't think I can do this for many more games, let alone many more months or even seasons.

He was by far the best attacker for Arsenal yesterday.

Listening to part of the Arsecast Extra on the way to work this morning, something James said really stuck with me when talking about how the club is so passive—off the field, and on the field.

"They let disaster wash over them."

The last way to describe yesterday's result is surprising, and that's a sad fact.

So what exactly is the plan here if you sell Ox and Mustafi?

Are new players even going to want to join this club right now?

I was one of those guys that said you should keep Arsene.

Hey, I'm man enough to admit I was wrong.

That team selection was just terrible. Lacazette and your new super strong LB were obvious omissions but a 2 man midfield of Ramsey and Xhaka against a 3 man midfield of Can/Win/Henderson???????

He knew he got it effed up at HT too when he took Ramsey off for Coq who was equally as terrible but at least he didn't venture too far up the pitch.

Why no Giroud? Everyone knows Pool is vulnerable on set-pieces.

He got about every area (FWD, Midfield, Defense) wrong except for keeper.
