So, a back three, guaranteeing we'll continue to see passes avoiding the box by just pushing the ball wide and doing nothing with it, in the rare cases where we actually have the ball.

      Pathetic.

      Please, prove me wrong, Emery.

        I see 3-1 or 4-1 defeat incoming.

Hope I’m wrong too—but literally zero evidence to prove make me assume otherwise..

It's not at all surprising, but it's still frustrating to see us happily concede possession, and make no effort to dictate the pace of the game, etc.

We’re looking much better the last ten minutes. We look like we could score, but we also look like we’ll be scored against.

              Sure have missed Bellerin.

Chambers done very well—Holding not so much, again.

Ozil looking lethargic but honestly, I think that’s just how he looks lol. I’m fine with the shift he’s put in.

Yep. And no shots after 53'. Absolutely unacceptable.

The way Leicester were playing—the confidence on the ball, the way they moved it around the box, the way they created chances...reminded me of the Arsenal I fell in love with.

We've moved back so far in terms of our mentality—we showed up hoping for a point, and only looked like we could get more once Leicester started attacking more aggressively.

However, they seemed to have a real plan as to how to attack us, they seem to have a strategy in terms of how they want to play.

We had nothing. If they don't make a change now when the hell will they?

When they cut to Edu and Raul, Edu looked like he saw a ghost and Raul looked quite pissed off.

Good morning! I did some math!
                        • Over the last five years, the average point total for the team finishing in fourth place is 71.6 points.
                        • On average, Emery wins 1.74 points in his 50 league matches at Arsenal.
                        • If we apply that average to the remaining 26 games of this season, Arsenal finish with 62.24 points.

                        Yep.

Right that would mean winning 21 games the rest of the way. LOL.

You know I was kinda hoping this morning that I'd wake up and find out that Emery had in fact been relieved of his duties as manager.

                            That didn't happen.

The Ornstein report is a mixed bag for me, mostly because I bang the results don't matter drum. Looking back over the past couple months of results, I'd wholeheartedly accept them if I felt the team was performing well and just not getting their share of the luck, that happens, it's actually fairly common. But I can't even begin to believe that the higher ups are okay with the way we are playing. I understand we aren't Arsene FC, but the lack of any attacking identity as well as our poor defensive showings have really just left me wondering why we're here. We're healthy now, so the excuses have to stop at some point, players should be bedded in. I'd hate for this to continue into the summer and THEN to have Emery fired, because then it just feels like a waste of six months.

Well, we're on 17 points right now, and if we say our goal is to hit 71 points, we're 54 points off that. We have 26 games remaining—if we win 18 of them we grab an additional 54 points, so we hit 71 points exactly.

So, as of right now, if we win 18 of our remaining 26 games, we'd be in the region of fourth place. Winning those games would mean a win percentage of 69% for the rest of the league this season. Emery's win percentage in the league during his 50 games at Arsenal is currently 50%.

Further, I previously noted that Emery averages 1.74 points in his 50 league matches at Arsenal. In order to get to 71 points, we need 54 more points, which is an average of 2.07 points per game.

                                Yeah.
